This No Refunds Policy ("Policy") is an integral part of all agreements, insertion orders, and any other contract or engagement entered into between Teamily LLC ("Company," "Teamily," "we," "us," or "our") and any client, customer, buyer, or purchaser of our marketing, advertising, software, or technology services ("Client," "You," or "Your").

By entering into any agreement or submitting payment to Teamily LLC, You acknowledge, understand, and agree to the terms of this Policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REFUNDS, CHARGEBACKS, OR PAYMENT REVERSALS BE ISSUED, ACCEPTED, OR HONORED.

1. Scope of Services Covered by This Policy

This Policy applies to all services offered or delivered by Teamily LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Digital marketing campaigns
  • Lead generation services
  • Advertising management
  • Software platforms and technology solutions
  • Custom development
  • Consulting services
  • Any subscription-based or one-time service provided under an agreement or insertion order

2. Acknowledgment of Agreement Terms

All Clients engage Teamily LLC pursuant to written agreements and/or insertion orders that outline deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and conditions. By signing such documents and remitting payment, Client acknowledges:

  • They have reviewed and agreed to the scope and structure of services.
  • They are bound by this No Refunds Policy, regardless of service outcomes or performance perceptions.

3. NO REFUNDS – ABSOLUTE AND UNCONDITIONAL

All payments made to Teamily LLC are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-creditable, including but not limited to:

  • Upfront retainers
  • Subscription fees
  • Flat fees
  • Custom build or integration fees
  • Performance-based or incentive-based payments

There are no exceptions, including (but not limited to) the following common scenarios:

4. Examples of Non-Qualifying Refund Claims

The following reasons, in addition to all other reasons, do not entitle the Client to any refund, credit, or financial adjustment:

  • “The campaign didn’t perform as expected.”
  • “We didn’t receive enough leads or conversions.”
  • “We believe the leads were low quality.”
  • “Our internal team didn’t follow up properly.”
  • “Our business model changed.”
  • “We no longer want to move forward.”
  • “We misunderstood the agreement or insertion order.”
  • “Our budget changed after payment was made.”
  • “We expected different results or deliverables.”
  • “We didn’t use the software as much as planned.”
  • “We decided to hire a different marketing firm.”
  • “We thought this included additional services not listed.”
  • “We’re not happy with the timing or responsiveness.”
  • “We’re going to dispute the charge with our credit card provider.”

Any dispute or dissatisfaction shall not invalidate this No Refunds Policy or entitle Client to any form of repayment or reduction in payment obligations.

5. Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks

Any attempt by Client to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through a financial institution or credit card provider will be considered a material breach of contract. Teamily LLC reserves the right to:

  • Pursue immediate legal action;
  • Seek full reimbursement of all legal fees and collection costs;
  • Report delinquent accounts to credit bureaus or agencies;
  • Suspend or terminate all services without notice.

6. Modifications

This Policy is subject to change at Teamily LLC’s sole discretion and without prior notice. The most current version will be made available upon request and applies to all active and future Clients.

By doing business with Teamily LLC, You acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this No Refunds Policy in its entirety.
